eLearning Examples

I’ve created more than 2,000 online learning experiences in my career, from high‑stakes $200K enterprise programs to fast‑turn $2K solutions built to deliver impact without the fluff. No matter the budget or the timeline, my approach stays the same: great instructional design starts with absolute clarity. What do we need learners to do, say, or think differently after the training? Once that’s nailed down, every part of the solution is built with intention and purpose. And let’s be honest: exceptional eLearning is never a “click‑next” slideshow or a recorded PowerPoint tossed into an LMS. Real learning is interactive. It’s engaging. It’s accessible. It blends audio, video, scenarios, and meaningful content in a way that keeps people leaning in and actually changing how they perform. A strong user experience, a cohesive visual identity, and inclusive design aren’t extras — they’re the foundation of training that works. And with the right strategy, you can achieve all of this at any budget level. Most of the work I produce is proprietary and confidential, but the samples here offer a glimpse into what’s possible. They’ve been cleared or carefully updated to remove sensitive content, and they reflect the quality, creativity, and impact I bring to every project. These e-learning samples highlight how thoughtful design and facilitation translate into practical, scalable learning experiences. As you explore, you’ll see examples of how complex topics are transformed into intuitive, learner-centered solutions that support performance and behavior change.

Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) for Partners

This online training was developed in partnership with the Microsoft Partner team to help educate and provide an overview of MCEM. This course was designed for partners and vendors. Rather than forcing a linear path, the course follows a “choose your own adventure” approach that gives learners control over their experience. Navigation is intentionally flexible, with structure applied only when concepts build on one another. This design supports engagement, efficiency, and learner autonomy.

Unconscious Bias in Leadership: Awareness, Reflection, and Inclusive Action

Developed in Rise 360, this course is part of a leadership training series and showcases how interactive design can elevate learning. This course on unconscious bias in leadership equips participants with the tools to recognize and address hidden biases, fostering inclusive leadership and team dynamics. Through self-reflection and practical strategies, leaders develop personalized action plans to enhance empathy and growth.

HealthRules Connector

HealthRules Connector enables HealthRules Payer clients to exchange critical healthcare information quickly, securely, and efficiently. As the integration layer within HealthRules Payer, it provides real-time and batch access to data and functionality, supporting seamless integration with systems, partners, and exchanges. Connector supports multiple integration methods, including real-time web services, APIs, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and batch interfaces. Evolving over the past decade, it is designed to work effectively within diverse system environments, supporting high-volume legacy transactions as well as modern, high-performing digital integrations. In a complex healthcare ecosystem, HealthRules Connector helps increase efficiency by enabling reliable, scalable data exchange. The HealthRules Connector course was designed for both internal and external audiences to build understanding of how Connector enables integration with other systems. Created as a scalable online experience, the course replaced a two-hour virtual session and allows learners to explore Connector’s key components at their own pace. This solution provides an efficient, self-directed way for customers to gain insight into Connector functionality and integration capabilities.
